Rental of apartments, houses (duplex) and chalets
The website of H.M.S. Spain (https://www.hms-spain.es)Â makes available to all its customers an online booking system to facilitate the holiday or seasonal rental of the various accommodations advertised here, the online booking system could suffer unintentional failures or technical errors in the reservations, so it can not be considered a valid booking until you receive the confirmation message from one of our employees. No reservation will be considered valid until the payment of the deposit (20% of the total price of the reservation). If a reservation is made through our reservation system, but the payment of the deposit is not made, the reservation will be automatically cancelled after 72 hours.
Prices
Our prices and conditions of sale are unique and are not related to loyalty campaigns, promotions, raffles or offers in spices or cash of any kind, which third parties may direct at any time to the end user, not being in any case included in our proposals. H.M.S. Spain will therefore have no obligation to process bonuses or compensations of any kind, other than the price shown on this website.
Any bonus, discount coupon or discount voucher must be entered into the system at the time of booking, and the booking system will show you its validity and, always the total price to be paid, including VAT.
Each apartment shows the minimum prices including VAT for the minimum stay allowed, when you start the reservation and set the dates of entry and exit in the calendar, you will be shown the total price to pay for the accommodation chosen and its availability.
Payment Methods
You must pay in advance, at the time of booking, 20% of the total, as a Deposit of reservation guarantee.
This deposit can be paid by credit card or Paypal at the time of booking.
You can also make a bank transfer to our account to pay the deposit, please note that if the deposit is not received before 72 hours, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Make the transfer as soon as possible to avoid unwanted cancellations. When you make your reservation and choose transfer as your payment method, you will be shown the account number where to make the transfer.
The remaining amount of the reservation must be paid in cash on arrival at the accommodation.
Cancellations
The cancellation of your reservation is free of charge, provided that it is made at least 15 days before the date of arrival.
If the payment of the reservation deposit is not made within 72 hours after your reservation has been made, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
All cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the arrival date may be subject to an additional charge to be deducted from the deposit, as an administration fee.
The return of your deposit will always be made by the same means by which the payment was made.
